How to Qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion

In this video, Bret discusses (and gives examples of) two ways that first year overseas teachers and relief workers can qualify for the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion.
1. File a tax return.
2. Live and work in a foreign country
3. Pass either the physical presence test or the Bona Fide residence test.
This applies to teachers and relief workers who may not live overseas the whole year.
Let Bret and his Tax911 team help clear up the confusion of filing taxes when you live or work abroad.
