Tax Filing Process

Our clients send their tax information to us via the private, secure, web-portals.

Throughout the process Tax911.com, Inc. will communicate with you in your portal. Each accountant has an administrative assistant who sorts tax documents and prioritizes communication.  Please respond promptly to all communication in your portal, so that your tax team can accurately and efficiently complete your tax return.  

Every Year:

  1. You will be asked to verify your e-mail and mailing address.

  2. You will fill out your tax organizer.

  3. You will upload your “Important Tax Documents” in your secure portal.  

Then:

  1. We will calculate the extension and file it for you (with your permission).

  2. An administrative assistant will review your tax information for completeness and contact you for any outstanding items.

  3. The accountant will prepare your return and answer questions that you submitted in your tax organizer.

  4. A reviewer will review your return for accuracy and sign your return as preparer.

  5. Your return will be posted to your web portal so you can review it and sign it (if you are in the US).  At the same time, we will upload your tax preparation invoice to your portal.

  6. You may pay your tax preparation fee using one of the following methods:

    a. ACH or electronic payment from a US checking account.
    b. Paper check
    c. Credit card.
    d. Or we can bill your employer, if they agree.

  7. After you have approved your return, signed required forms and paid, we will file your returns and tax payments electronically.
